Welcome to CHilli! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CHilli mobile application ("App," "Service," or "CHilli"). By downloading, installing, or using CHilli, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• Actions taken by users during gameplay
• Inappropriate or illegal behavior by users
• Physical or emotional harm resulting from game activities

4. License and Usage Rights

4.1 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CHilli for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

4.2 Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Sell, rent, lease, or distribute the App
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Upload or create offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems

5. User-Generated Content

5.1 Custom Questions and Dares

CHilli allows you to create custom questions and dares. You retain ownership of your custom content, but grant us a license to store and display it within your app instance.

5.2 Content Standards

Your custom content must NOT:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Contain hate speech, harassment, or bullying
• Include sexually explicit content involving minors
• Promote violence, self-harm, or illegal activities
• Contain malware or malicious code

5.3 Content Monitoring

While custom content is stored locally on your device, we reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms if we become aware of it.

6. In-App Purchases and Payments

6.1 Premium Content

CHilli offers in-app purchases for premium game modes and features. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

6.2 Pricing and Payment

• Prices are displayed in your local currency
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change
• Purchases are non-transferable between platforms (iOS/Android)

6.3 Refunds

All purchases are final. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. To request a refund, contact:

• Android: Google Play Store support

6.4 Subscriptions (if applicable)

If you purchase a subscription:

• Automatic renewal occurs unless cancelled 24 hours before the period ends
• You can manage subscriptions in your device account settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

CHilli may integrate with third-party services (Firebase, payment processors, analytics). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

10. Updates and Modifications

10.1 App Updates

We may release updates to CHilli to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. You may need to update the App to continue using it.

10.2 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting updated Terms in the App
• Sending an in-app notification
• Updating the "Last Updated" date

Continued use of CHilli after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Account Termination

You may stop using CHilli at any time by deleting the App from your device.

11.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to CHilli at any time, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of the App or its features

12. Disclaimers and Warranties

CHILLI IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We disclaim all warranties including but not limited to:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App
• That the App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• That defects will be corrected
• That the App is free from viruses or harmful components

12.2 Content Disclaimer

Questions and dares in CHilli are for entertainment only. We do not endorse any actions suggested by the content. Use your judgment and prioritize safety.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Personal injury or property damage
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use CHilli
• Damages related to user-generated content
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your device

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of CHilli shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is less.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CHilli and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of others
• Your user-generated content
